Exports to Excel, CSV or XML
Ask your assistant for an export of your Odoo data and download the file in Kritch. Or let Kritch make it on a schedule, “every Monday at 7”, and email it to the people you choose, until an end date you set.
Data from linked records
A column can come from a linked record: the supplier’s own code for a product, the date of the invoice on a purchase line, the category of a product.
Every file kept for 90 days
Every file Kritch makes is kept for 90 days, along with the flow or person that made it, so you can download it or send it again.
Upload a file and see what’s in it
Bring an Excel or CSV file to Kritch. It shows the sheets, the columns and the first rows, and your assistant can look at it with you. The file itself never goes through the chat.
Know when something needs you
The Home page shows whether everything is running. When a connection stops working, your organization’s admins get one email about it.

Putting data into your systems
For example: a supplier sends a new price list, and Kritch puts the prices into Odoo once a person has approved the preview.
Reacting to what happens
For example: an order is confirmed in Odoo, and a shipment order goes to your warehouse partner (3PL), or a message to a customer’s ordering system (EDI).
