How it works
From one sentence to something that runs by itself.
Six steps, the same for every flow. Rather not do it yourself? Your Odoo consultant can do the talking; you just check and approve.
Connect your system
An admin connects Odoo to Kritch, once: with a key from a separate Odoo user set up for Kritch, or by signing in as yourself (Odoo 20 and later). The key is entered on a Kritch page, stored encrypted and never seen by any AI.
Connect your AI assistant
Add Kritch to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that can use tools. It signs in as you, and can only do what you are allowed to do in Kritch.
Say what you want
“Every Monday at 7, send our accountant an Excel file of last week’s confirmed orders.” The assistant tries it on a few real records and shows you the table.
Look at the preview
Kritch makes the real file from your real data, but doesn’t send it anywhere. You open it in Kritch and check it first.
A person approves
Someone in your company reads, in plain words, what the flow will do, and approves it. If you have a test system, it runs there first (Sandbox), then on your real system (Production).
Kritch runs it, and keeps a record
From then on Kritch does it by itself, with no AI involved. Every run, file and change is recorded. The Home page shows at a glance whether everything is running.
