What happens to your request.

This note is about the request form on this site. It is short on purpose.

What we ask, and why

Your name, your company, your email address and, if you like, your phone number and the systems you use, together with what you would like to automate. We use it for one thing: to answer your request and talk with you about Kritch. Nothing else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

When you send the form, Kritch sends what you filled in as one email to our sales team at salesteam@fanatics.nl, through the mail service Kritch uses (SMTP2Go). Kritch also notes, in its own log, that a request came in: your company, your email address and whether the email went out. Only if the email could not be sent does that note hold the rest of what you filled in, so your request is not lost.

Who we are

Kritch is made by Radical Fanatics. Your request is handled by our sales team.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and to follow up on our conversation. Ask us to remove it, or to show you what we have, and we will.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from other websites and does not follow you around: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising. Only when you sign in to Kritch itself does it set one cookie, to keep you signed in.
